Admissions Procedure

At ISA, we welcome all children regardless of nationality, ethnicity, religious affiliation or creed and admission is open to all students who are at least four (4) years old by 31st August of the year of entry. An overview of our admissions process has been provided below and the process must be successfully completed before a student is considered for enrolment.

Step 1: Download the following documents from the school's website via link below:

  1. Application Forms
  2. Medical Examinations form
  3. School Calendar
  4. Parents Handbook
  5. Home- School Agreement
  6. Student Code of Conduct 

 Step 2: Complete and return forms with the following supporting documents to the School Office: 

  1. A copy of the child’s last school report
  2. A copy of the child’s passport or birth certificate
  3. A copy of the child’s vaccination certificate and medical certificate 

Families of students seeking admission to ISA are welcome to contact the school to arrange as school visit. The purpose of this meeting is for parents to become informed about the school (its core values and its educational programme). Ideally, the student should also attend this meeting or arrange a follow-up interview at a future date.

Parents will be sent an electronic copy of the ISA Parent Handbook and should ensure that this is read carefully and the contents noted. Parents are expected to ensure that their child attends school regularly and punctually unless prevented from doing so for medical reasons. We have a thriving Parents Teachers and Friends of ISA (PTFA) group on site and parents are encouraged to become actively involved in the PTFA and the life and goals of the school.

By signing the registration form, parents are giving permission for their child to participate in all supervised school activities without exception within and outside the school premises, including educational field trips, which form part of the school programme.  Signing the registration form also gives permission to the school to take photos of students participating in school activities and events which may be used in school promotion materials.

The school reserves the right to change or add to these terms and conditions from time to time for legal, safety or other substantive reasons, or in order to assist the proper delivery of education at the school. The school will notify parents/guardians of any such modifications prior to the end of the preceding term before the modifications take effect.
