This week, we were pleased to welcome the Council of International Schools (CIS) Evaluation Team to our school. The team spent several days meeting with staff, students, parents, board, and members of our school community, observing learning in action, and gaining a deep understanding of life at ISA. All meetings were online,
Their visit marks an important step in our ongoing journey towards full CIS accreditation – a process that supports our commitment to continuous improvement, high-quality education, and international best practice.
We are proud of the positive, open, and collaborative spirit shown by everyone throughout the visit. The team shared many encouraging comments about the strength of our community and the dedication of our staff and students. They also gave advice on how we can improve some of our practices.
We extend our sincere thanks to everyone who contributed their time and insights during the visit. The final report from CIS will be shared with us in approximately 6-8 weeks and will help guide the next steps in our development as a learning community. We eagerly await the results!
