Nkyinkyim Visit to MKV ATS Kitchen

As part of the school's enquiry-based-learning approach, our Nkyinkyim class (Year 3 & Year 4) is learning about bread making in their Design and Technology Class and they visited the MKV ATS Kitchen on Wednesday, 10^th May 2017 to observe how bread is made. 

The group visited the kitchen twice that day; in the morning when the dough was kneaded, left while it rose and returned in the afternoon for the baking session. For health and safety reasons, each person had to wear a hair net and wash their hands before entering the kitchen.  The group learnt a lot and kept asking intriguing questions the whole time. They wrote down the recipe and will surely be trying it out soon. Do watch out for our fresh Nkyinkyim bread!!
