Student Council Leadership Workshop

On 30th April 2026, a leadership workshop was held for the Student Council at the MKV Clubhouse. The session explored leadership from multiple perspectives, including what it means to lead, the qualities of effective leaders, the responsibilities they carry, and the impact their actions can have on others. As part of the experience, students also reflected on real challenges at ISA, such as the overflowing Lost and Found box and how to approach community service with empathy and sensitivity.

At the end, students were invited to evaluate the workshop. These are some of their key takeaways about leadership:

  • A leader knows the way, goes the way, and shows the way
  • Consistency builds trust and credibility
  • Leadership requires personal responsibility
  • True leadership often involves sacrifice for the greater good

The workshop provided a strong foundation for the Student Council, and we hope that they will put this learning into action to help drive meaningful change across the school.
