As this school year comes to a close, so too does my time as Principal of ISA. After six wonderful years, it is time for me to begin a new chapter, and I wanted to take this opportunity to thank everyone who has been part of this journey. It has been an incredible privilege to serve this school community. Over the past six years, I have had the joy of watching our students learn, grow, and develop into confident, caring young people. Their curiosity, resilience, kindness, and enthusiasm have been a constant source of inspiration and joy.
I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the Board for the trust, encouragement, and support. you have given me throughout my time as Principal. Your commitment to providing the best possible education for our students and your willingness to invest in the continued growth of the school have made it possible for us to achieve so much together. I have appreciated the opportunity to work alongside a Board that has always kept the long-term interests of the school at the forefront of its decision-making. Thank you for your guidance and your confidence in my leadership. To our parents, thank you for your trust, encouragement, and partnership. Education is most successful when schools and families work together, and I am grateful for the support you have shown throughout my time at ISA.
To our teachers and support staff, thank you for your dedication, professionalism, and commitment to our students. The achievements of the school are the result of your hard work, willingness to embrace new ideas, and determination to provide the very best learning experiences for every child. Together, we have accomplished a great deal. We celebrated the successful completion of our CIS accreditation, expanded our Cambridge programmes to include the Cambridge Early Years Programme, strengthened our commitment to inclusive education, introduced new learning opportunities for students, and continued to build a school culture where every child is known, valued, and encouraged to achieve their potential. These accomplishments belong to the entire ISA community.
While I will miss the daily interactions with students, families, and staff, I leave with great confidence in the future of ISA. The school has a dedicated team of educators, a supportive board and families and wonderful students who will continue to build on the strong foundations that have been established.
Although I am moving on, ISA will always hold a special place in my heart. I will look back with great pride in what we have achieved together and with many wonderful memories of the people who have made this community so special. Thank you for allowing me to be part of your lives and for making my time at ISA such a rewarding and memorable experience.
